With over 30 years of engineering and management experience and 15 years as an attorney, Mr. Richards brings a unique set of practical skills to his practice. In addition to his law degree, he holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Mr. Richards is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, various state and federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Richards and his wife have two children and two grandchildren. He holds a private pilot license with an instrument rating and flies a Piper Archer.
